Consulting on your new spindle application or machine retrofit. Our application engineers have spent most of their careers designing spindles for all types of machining processes. We can help you define the specifications for your new spindle, review and critique proposals from spindle manufacturers, and test your new spindle to insure that it meets your specifications. Bring in the application staff at SE SETCO at the start of your project, and prevent suprises later on!
Troubleshooting a problem machine: If you are having reliability or performance problems SE SETCO can help you determine the root cause and get your machinery performing the way you expect.
Long term R+D projects: We can provide a controlled environment for testing new concepts in spindle technology. If you have a new or unusual process, and would like to evaluate it before it goes into production, SE SETCO can set up a testing and evaluation program.
